Abstract


The incidence of non calcular cholecystitis is about 3-5% of all gall bladder affection and still it is subject of controversy between surgery and medical treatment. (Lygidakis, 1981).The present study showed the results of 50 cases acutally com- plained of chronic non calcular cholecystitis as an organic lesion, proved from the history, clinical examination and investigations. The main complaints of our patients were:- Coliky pain with sometimes vomiting and dyspepsia of its differ- ent grades.
