Abstract


Algae have been used as food for a long time, it contained high proportions of protein, ash, fiber, carbohydrates and minerals.
It has been suggested that the increase in the incidence of adult disease, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, etc., was caused by the decrease in the dietary intake of fish, shellfish and marine algae, and seafood contributes to both the prevention and treatment of various diseases.
