Abstract
ملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى وضع تقييم معماري مناسب وملائم للظروف المناخية في منطقة المشروع القومي لجنوب الوادي (توشكي)، حيث درجات الحرارة المرتفعة في شهور الشتاء والمدى الحراري المرتفع، أي أن المنطقة المقام عليها المشروع تصنف ضمن المناخ القاري الجاف، لذلك فهى تحتاج الى مواصفات خاصة في التصميم المعماري يتلاءم مع هذه الظروف المناخية، لذلك ركز هذا البحث على تحقيق هذا الهدف باستخدام بعض المعادلات التي تخدم الغرض. وبدراسة عناصر المناخ الرئيسية التي تتمثل في درجات الحرارة والرطوبة النسبية واتجاه الرياح والمطر في محطات الخارجة والداخلة والفرافرة المتوفرة في منطقة الوادي الجديد ومشروع توشكي، وامكن وضع مجموعة من المواصفات المقترحة والتي يمكن ان يستفيد منها المصمم المعماري في التصميمات المعمارية لهذه المنطقة والتي تتمثل في المنشآت السكنية والصناعية والتجارية والسياحية والتي تهدف في النهاية الى راحة الانسان.

Abstract:
This research aims to develop adequate architectural assessment and appropriate to the climatic conditions in the South Valley national project (Toshka), where high temperatures in the winter months and high thermal range, the area on which the project is classified as dry continental climate, so they need special architectural design adapted to the climatic conditions, so this research focused on achieving that goal by using some equations that serve a purpose. By studying the key climate elements in temperature and relative humidity, wind direction and rain in weather stations available in the new Valley area and Toshka, and a set of proposed standards that could benefit the design architect on architectural designs for this area which consists in residential, industrial and commercial enterprises and tourism which aims eventually to human comfort.
