VERS UNE ANALYSE CONTRASTIVE DE L’INTERJECTION EN FRANҪAIS ET EN ARABE

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a comparative study based on the interjective phenomenon in French in relation to its equivalent in the arabic linguistic system. After a brief overview of the theoretical reflections on interjections in the languages considered, we examine the interjective units in French and Arabic according to the graphic, phonological, morphological, syntactic and distributional criteria, before reviewing their semantic characteristics. Finally, from a practical point of view, we contrast the interjections in the two languages by examining a bi-directional parallel bilingual corpus with syntactic, semantic and pragmatic problems related to translation. Our aim is to see how the transposition of these particles from Arabic into French and from French to Arabic, from a differential perspective, is carried out. These interjections are of particular interest in the context of interlinguistic transfer. This contrastive study would allow us to identify the interjective phenomenon as a whole in French and Arabic. Dans cet article, nous proposons un travail comparatif centré sur le phénomène interjectif en français par rapport à son équivalent dans le système linguistique arabe. Après un bref survol des réflexions théoriques sur les interjections dans les langues considérées, nous examinons les unités interjectives en français et en arabe selon les critères graphique, phonologique, morphologique, syntaxique et distributionnel, avant de passer en revue leurs caractéristiques sémantiques. Enfin, sur le plan pratique, nous mettons en contraste les interjections dans les deux langues à travers l’examen d’un corpus parallèle bilingue bidirectionnel avec les problèmes syntaxiques, sémantiques et pragmatiques liés à la traduction. Notre but est de voir comment s’effectue la transposition de ces particules de l’arabe vers le français et du français vers l’arabe, dans une perspective différentielle, les interjections présentant un intérêt particulier dans le cadre du transfert interlinguistique. Cette étude contrastive nous permettrait donc de cerner le phénomène interjectif dans son ensemble en français et en arabe.
