Abstract
The organizational agility is one of modern administrative approaches, which appeared in the beginning of the nineties of the twentieth century in the United States, and it aims to make the organization responds quickly to the changes that occur around it in the external environment, by leaving the routine and traditional practices that do not achieve goals of the organization in required speed, efficiency and quality, which makes slow performance against changes, and replace them with new practices and mechanisms of action to make its performance more speed –more agility- towards achieving the desired goals.
The study aimed to the following:
1. Identify the concept of organizational agility, and identifying the most important terms associated with it.
2. Identify the elements of the organizational agility that
characterizes the agility institutions.
3. Study the basic components that may contribute to achieving the organizational agility in educational institutions.
4. Recognize the concept of the institutional capacity of the
Egyptian university education, and its important standards.
The descriptive method was used in the study.
The important results of the study, present the recommendations and proposed procedural mechanisms to improve the institutional capacity of the Egyptian university education, in the light of the organizational agility approach, as the following:
1. Follow the modern participatory methods of leadership in educational institutions
2. Activating the role of the internal quality management unit in educational institutions
The study aimed to the following:
1. Identify the concept of organizational agility, and identifying the most important terms associated with it.

3. Study the basic components that may contribute to achieving the organizational agility in educational institutions.
4. Recognize the concept of the institutional capacity of the
