Abstract
The study aimed to the following:
1- Identify the conceptual framework for entrepreneurial
leadership in educational institutions.
2. Identify the characteristics of the entrepreneurial leader
in educational institutions.
3. Recognize the concept of making and taking decision.
4. Study the steps of making and taking decision in educational
institutions.
5. Identifying entrepreneurial leadership practices required for the
development of making and taking decision in educational
institutions.
6. Put the recommendations and proposed procedural mechanisms
to develop making and taking decision at educational institutions
in the light of entrepreneurial leadership.
The descriptive method was used in the study,The important results of the study, present the recommendations and proposed procedural mechanisms to develop making and taking decision at educational institutions in the light of entrepreneurial leadership, as the following:
1- Support the independence of the administrative work of the leaders in educational institutions, and the proposed mechanisms to achieve this, the following:
- Support decentralization in pre-university education institutions, so the administrative leaders can take the appropriate decisions to solve problems freely.
2- Benefit from the expertise of excellent pre-university education institutions, which have achieved high levels of quality and entrepreneurship in its field, and the proposed mechanisms to achieve this, the following:
- Exchange of field visits between the administrative leaders of the excellent pre-university education institutions, with others seeking to achieve excellence and quality, cooperation and exchange of experience between them.
3- Support new and pioneer ideas in educational institutions development, and the proposed mechanisms to achieve this, the following:
- Establish an annual award for entrepreneurship and educational excellence, given to entrepreneurial Egyptian schools, according to specific scientific standards.
