The Practice of Ethical Leadership in the Kindergartens of Egypt

Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع تعريف للقيادة
الأخلاقية يوضح الصفات المميزة للإنسان الأخلاقي والمدير الأخلاقي، مع محاولة قياس مستوى ممارسة هذه القيادة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتم توزيع المقياس الذي يحتوي على ستة أبعاد على عدد (67) معلمة بجميع رياض الأطفال بغرب القاهرة، وتظهر النتائج أن مستوى الممارسة متوسط في أبعاد النزاهة، والتوجيه الأخلاقي، والاهتمام بالمعلمات، ويميل مستوى الممارسة في بعدي العدالة وتوصيف الدور إلى الانخفاض النسبي، ويرى أفراد العينة أن مستوى الممارسة ببعد المشاركة منخفض إلى حد كبير، وينتهي البحث ببعض المقترحات والآليات التي يمكن أن تساعد إدارات رياض الأطفال في مصر على القيام بتحسين الممارسات المتعلقة بأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية.
The research aims to measure the different sides of ethical leadership at all the kindergartens found in the West of Cairo, from the point of view of the teachers. The sample in the field study is made up of (67) women teachers and the questionnaire refers to the six dimensions of ethical leadership: integerity, justice, sharing, ethical guidance, care and role clarification. The results reveal an average degree of practice in the greater number of the dimensions, and some recommendations and tactics are given that can very well help in improving preschool education in the light of the ethical standards suggested all through.
