Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS) is a rare multifocal vascular tumor-like lesion . It was first described by Hungarian-born dermatologist Moritz Kaposi in 1872. The true biological nature of this disease, whether hyperplasia or neoplasia, remains controversial .
