VALUE OF TICLOPIDINE, LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT HEPARIN AND ASPIRIN VERSUS LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT HEPARIN AND ASPIRIN AFTER THROMBOLYSIS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

Ashraf Mourad William;

Abstract

Antithrombotic and antiplatelet are necessary to establish and maintain complete reperfusion after fibrinolytic therapy.
Combination therapy of streptokinase + LMWH + aspirin with ticlopidine is proved to be an effective in the patency rate of the infarct
