Abstract


Se100-xBix 0 ≤ x ≤ 10 amorphous alloys were prepared in both bulk and asdeposited
film forms. The d.c conductivity and activation energy were
calculated. In the low temperature the conduction is due to (VRH) and followed
Mott’s condition. Optical gap (ET)
