Abstract
The aim of our work is compare the efficacy & reliability of 3D time-of- flight MR angiography ( tof MRA ) as a non invasive procedure with that of Intra-Arterial digital subtractiion Angiography( IA-DSA ) in detection of intracranial aneurysms.
