Abstract
Twenty seven β-thalassemia major adolescent female patients were included in this study.
Inclusion criteria:
- Female patients≥ 13.5 years and in Tanner stage 1.
- Female patients≥ 16 years with no menarche and patients with secondary amenorrhea
