ABSTRACT
Wheat, (Triticum aestivum L.) is a major cereal crop in Egypt. Atherigona bedfordi attacks tillers at the basal portion of the stem causing dead hearts. Sitotroga cerealella attacks the grains before harvest, during harvest and storage periods.
