Abstract


Out of 450 bacterial isolates, picked from Elliker agar plates injected with 100 samples of each of raw buffalo's milk, Tallaga and Ras cheeses. Five strains were found as belonging to antibacterial substances(ABS) producing Lactococcus lactis ss lactis.
