Biography
Dr. Islam Hegazy is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Department of Computer Science. Dr. Islam has more than 20 years experience in research and teaching in many fields in the fields of Computer Science. He holds a PhD degree from the University of Calgary, AB, Canada. He did his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Ain Shams University. His research interests focus on network, security, and cloud computing. Dr. Islam acquired several managerial skills as the Director of the Scientific Computing Center, Ain Shams University, and the coordinator of the Software Engineering Credit Hours program, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences.
