Biography
Currently, I'm an Associate Professor of Biochemistry at the Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University. I utilize insights from patient-based genetics to identify factors related to cancer occurrence, aiming to discover potential diagnostic and prognostic markers. Additionally, my research interests encompass investigating the biological effects of natural products and nano-formulations on cancer cells and their potential to mitigate the deleterious adverse effects of chemo/radiotherapy, and exploring the underlying mechanisms of action involved.
