أنشأ أ.د. محمد عماد عزب على الفخرانى - مدرسة علمية طوال خمسة وعشرون عاما من الباحثين فى الجامعات المصرية والمراكز والهيئات البحثية المصرية والأجنبية مثل جامعة عين شمس – الأزهر - قناة السويس – وجامعة الجبل الغر ب بليبيا – المركز القومى للبحوث – ومركز البحوث الزراعية - وقام بنشر العديد من الأبحاث العلمية المبتكرة وعددها 48 فى موقع سكوبس فى المجلات والدوريات العلمية المتخصصة وتشمل البحوث مجالات الكيمياء العضوية التشييدية والكيمياء الطبية والعلاجية والفراغية والمنتجات الطبيعية وكيمياء البترول والأصباغ و كيمياء المبيدات الزراعية ومكافحة الآفات و كيمياء المركبات الحلقية غير المتجانسة ذات الأنظمة المختلطة وغير المختلطة. كما قام بالتدريس فى العديد من الجامعات المصرية والعربية والأجنبية لإعداد كوادر علمية
تقوم بأعبائه محليا وعالميا. وقد شارك فى العديد من المشروعات كباحث رئيسى وباحث مساعد، بالاضافة إلى المشاركة فى تنظيم العديد من المؤتمرات الدولية والمحلية وإلقاء بحوث فيها .
