Biography
Dr. Rahma M. Tolba holds a PhD, MSc, and BSc in Computer Science, with a specialized focus on Facial Animation and Augmented Reality (AR). Since 2019, she has been actively contributing to academia, teaching a wide range of subjects including Virtual Reality using Unity, Game Programming, Animation, Speech Recognition, Animation Software Engineering, Advanced Computer Design and Animation, Mobile Applications and C++. In addition to her teaching roles, she has supervised and mentored numerous graduation projects, guiding aspiring developers and researchers in emerging technologies. Beyond academia, Dr. Rahma has been an invited speaker at leading tech and academic events, including those hosted by East London University (ELU), the American University in Cairo (AUC), IBM, GDSC and DSC MENA, since 2021. Her research and professional interests lie at the intersection of Augmented Reality, AI , and Game Development, where she continues to explore innovative applications and technologies shaping the future of interactive experiences.
