Biography
Ahmed Emara, MD, PhD, MRCP (UK), MRCP (Neph), FASN
I'm an Associate Professor of Medicine and Nephrology at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He has been a faculty member at Ain Shams University Hospitals since 2010 and actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, clinical service, and research.

I'm a consultant nephrologist with special interests in kidney transplantation, glomerular diseases, inherited kidney disorders, and dialysis. He completed his PhD in Nephrology in 2018 and holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and fellowship of the American Society of Nephrology( FASN). My research focuses on complement-mediated kidney diseases, transplant outcomes, and the application of genetic and advanced diagnostic tools in nephrology, particularly in resource-limited settings.
