Abstract
Analytical load capacities were Predicted for the five tested specimens using three different design codes in order to study the effect of the previously mentioned parameters on the flat slab-column connection theoretically and compare it to the experimental results. The three codes gave different predictions and load capacities for the specimens.
Regard the flexural capacity prediction of the specimens, the three codes gave approximately the same capacities for the specimens as they all had the same equations with slight factors differences.
