Abstract
1-The difference in the biological behaviour of different types of odontogenic cysts might be associated with deregulation of cell death in their lining epithelium. indicated by the expression of the anti-apoptotic protein bcl-2.
2-Positive expression of bcl-2 in the. epithelium of odontogenic cysts could be considered as a predictor for aggressive behaviour or neoplruitic transformation.
