Abstract
This study was conducted during four successive years (2014-2017) in the fruit trees tissue culture laboratory. Horticulture Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.The objectives of this Study were investigating the efficiency of micrografting technique in increasing the grafting success rate of two cultivars of grapes, Superior and Red Globe on three rootctocks, Freedom, Ramsey (Salt Creek) and SO4 including the factors affecting the success of this technique in addition, determining the compatibility between the studied cultivars, and the rootstocks through anatomical study in the graft region.
