Abstract
The thesis comprises seven chapters.
Chapter 1:
Presents an elaborate review over the structural, physical and pharmacological aspects of the chosen drugs. The drugs are divided into two categories according to their pharmacological action namely P2-adrenergic agonists- such as Reproterol Hydrochloride, Terbutaline Sulphate and Orciprenaline Sulphate - and P-lactam antibiotics as Amoxicillin Trihydrate, Cefadroxil and Cefoperazone sodium.
