Abstract


Clubfoot the world wide synonym for talipes equinovarus is found in all races and is the most common congenital orthopaedic anomaly, which if neglected or not properly treated will lead to severe disability.

This prospective study is concerned with the management of severe and recurrent cases of congential talipes equinovarus. It included 26 feet in I 6 children. The study was carried out in the Orthopedic Department at Assiut University Hospitals during the period from June 200!, till August
