Diagnostic value of sonohys'terosalpingography

Abstract

Regarding the evaluation of infertile females, some non invasive procedures are commonly used as a preliminary diagnostic methods which may help in selecting the patients who are in need for more invasive procedures. In this study, diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal sonohysterosalpingography using saline solution was done for 40 infertile females for evaluation of its role in detection of tubal patency.

As regard, the detection of tubal patency transvaginal sonohysterosalpingography as a new technique can detect tubal patency m accuracy as an alternative method to H.S.G.
