ECONOMIIC IMPACT OF USE OF HEAT STRESS ALLEVIATION IMPOSED ON CATTLE UNDER EGYPTIAN CONDITIONS

The study aimed to identify the current status of the development of milk production in Egypt and study the impact of heat stress on milking cows (Dina Farms - case study). The study included three sections in addition to the abstract in Arabic and English, where the first part dealt with two chapters: Chapter I reference review of previous studies and economic research, Chapter II theoretical framework of the study. Part Two: The current status of dairy production in Egypt -1 Evolution of the number of head of cows producing coffee in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the period (2000-2013), which dealt with the development of the number of head of dairy cows in Egypt, the development of the head of foreign cows in Egypt, the evolution of the head of mixed cows in Egypt, total cattle in Egypt. It was found that the increase in the number of dairy cows in Egypt during the study period as an average was mainly due to the number of mixed cattle heads due to the apparent stability in the numbers of domestic and foreign cattle. 2- The development of milk production in Egypt during the period 2000-2013, where the development of cow's milk production in Egypt, the development of the production of foreign cow's milk in Egypt, the development of the production of cow's milk in Egypt, the development of dairy production in Egypt. The results showed that cows' milk production in Egypt during the period of study as an average was due to dairy production of the mixed cows, which may be due mainly to increasing the numbers of their heads and not to the type of strain.
