Abstract


Thyroxine and triiodothyronine are potent modulators of adaptive thermogenesis and can contribute to development of obesity (Kortkiewski, 2002). Thyroid dysfunctions are often associated with minor changes in body weight and fat mass (Kortkiewski, 2000).
