Abstract

Nowadays, the word quality seems to be the focus and the theme of every discipline. In Egypt the interest on quality started nearly by the 19905• This interest is due to the increased awareness of consumers about the health care, the marked increase in costs of health care services, the advances in health care practices, the introduction of new technologies, and the obvious increase in• malpractice and negligence lawsuits.
