Diagnostic Utility of Alpha- Methylacyl –CoA Racemase(AMACR) and p63 in High-Grade Prostatic intraepithelial Neoplasia (PIN) and Prostatic Adenocarcinoma
Nora Nayer Said;
Abstract
The present study showed high sensitivity for AMACR
(87.5%) and specificity (81.25 %) and AMACR was found to be
highly effective in differentiating prostatic carcinoma from benign
prostatic glands as there was a statistically highly significant
