Abstract


The present study involved thirty febriie neutropenic chiidren having hematoiogicai rnaiignancies. infection was searched fur ttnd the resuits were correlated with the serum interieukin-6 (IL-6) and interieukin-8 (iL-R); as possible eariy dittgnostic markers of severe iife threatening infections.
