Abstract

Using microorganisms, which present in soils, is an important aspect, which reflects the importance of avoiding the chemicals use. So, We find that the most researches study the biological fertilization as an aspect to reduce using chemicals throughout the role of microorganisms in availability of nutrients is soil.

Under this subject, a greenhouse pots experiments' were conducted at Faculty of Agriculture; Ain Shams University, using wheat as a winter crop andzea maize asa summer crop, to study the effect of phosphors and nitrogen fertilization along with mycorrhizal inoculation on growth and nutritional status of wheat plant along with residual effect on growth and nutrients content of zea maize plants grown under the same treatments of wheat experiment.

The results show that, generally a significant influence of mycorrhizae on nutrients concentrations in plant, uptake and growth throughout mycorrhizal effect on phosphorus and nitrogen cycles, and their influence on u 'take. Also throughout mycorrhizal hyphaes extending at the infected roots, this increases the specific surface, which increases uptake. There is also an interaction between
phosphorus and mycorrhizae, whereas phosphorus, at low levels,

whereas, nitrogen seemes to control the mycorrhizal activity.

The results reveal that the ammonical form of netrogen fertilizer
