Abstract
Neu rorrhaphy wi thout tension is the ideal method of nerve repair. However, som etimes a nerve gap could not be overcame. A nerve gap cou ld be managed using many meth ods e.g., mobili zation, conduit interposition, nerve expa nsi on, end-to-side nerve graft, etc.... However, free n erve grafts still represen t the most ideal method for management o r periph eral nerve gap. In this work, di fferent meth ods th a t a rc used to m a nage the n erve gap are discussed .
