Abstract


Carcinoma involving the temporal bone is rare , the majority of temporal bone malignancies are primary.
Metastatic disease presenting in the temporal bone may occur from a wide variety of sites , of which Breast, lung , kidney and prostate are the commonest .
•Temporal bone metastases has evidenced itself in a variety of otologic symptoms including otalglia
,otorrhea , hearing loss , facial nerve paralysis , tinnitus and aural mass .
