Abstract
Sport clubs attempts to change its policies from current position to another in future.
This transference requires a certain management procedures. It is supposed to take procedures after stage of measurement and evaluation in front of its performance evaluation, these clubs search to evaluate its performance as the foundation aims to no profit, it needs to evaluate its finance, non finance performance.
The performance is important definition for all sport clubs and improvement has become necessary procedure in front of environment change and competition in different sport foundations sector which due to new management instruments for justification of its aims and continuity.
BSC assists the sport clubs in evaluation of finance, non finance performance by for orbits include the financial side, customers, internal Operations, learning and growth for justification of financial ability and fans expectation with analysis of different management systems.
2- The research problem:
In light of previous studies we expect efficiency of BSC for Egyptian sport clubs as positive or negative agreed to method of its usage and this subject has much importance about its usage for evaluation of clubs performance with improvement by study of the for axis efficiency by BSC on financial, technical, marketing, human performance at Egyptian sport clubs but usage of BSC may due to over performance positively at sport sector or not and we offer the searching following questions:
