MICROBIOLOGICAL POLLUTION OF SOME ENVIRONMENTAL COMPONENTS IN AND OUT DAIRY FARMS AND BYRES
Hazem Ahmed AbdEl-Fattah Aamer;
Abstract
Environmental pollution problems have focused great attention allover the world. Environmental contamination with microorganisms is considered to be one of the most important problems affecting both productive and reproductive capacity of animals.
Today Veterinarians are responsible for the environmental health protection. They must be able to identify the quality of the environment in which the animal lives and environmental pollution problems as well as hazards of contamination.
The environment of large farms of dairy animals is often polluted with different microorganisms including pathogens, which are frequent cause of their diseases.
Moreover, the health of animals as well as of people in villages that housing their dairy animals within their houses are significantly related to the quality of the environment and hygiene.
Although considerable information about the types of microorganisms occurring in the indoor of the dairy farms is available but very little is known about the bacteria found around the dairy farms as well as nature of microbiological environmental pollution associated with companion enclosures of dairy animals and their wastes within the owner's houses.
There are some other factors that may affect number of bacteria isolated from the environment inside and outside the house, that includes
air temperature and relative humidity, which have a pronounced effect on
