Abstract
A total of 90 samples were collected from different farms at Behira Gavemate (30 milk samples, 30 uterine discharge and 30 fecal swab samples ) The samples, were transported in an ice box (BSI, 1976 ) to lab. Of Dept. of Microbiology, Fac.of Vet. Med. Alex University for bacteriological examination.The results obtained from this study were;
6.1 Bacteria isolated from bovine milk as single pure culture:-
Were Pseudomonaes aeroginosa, Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumonia and Fratus mirabilis were isolated from milk at a percentage of
20%, 6.6%,3.3%, and 3.3%, respectively .and revealed that Pseudomonaes aeroginosa was the prevalent pathogen isolated from milk
Bacteria Isolated from milk as mixed culture :-
Were Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonase aeroginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherchia coli ,
, Pseudomanase aeroginosa and Klebsiella pneumonae, Escherchia coli with Klebsiella pneumonia , Pseudomanase aeroginosa and• Proteus mirauilis, Pseudomonase aeroginosa and Escherchia coli at apercentage •of
13.3%,30%,3.3%, 10%, 3.3 %,%,20% and3.3% respectively.
6.2 Bacteria isolated from uterine discharge as a single pure culture:-
Were Pseudomanase aeroginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis and Escherchia coli were isolated from uterine discharge at a percentage of 13.3%, 43.3%, 10% and 6.6%, respectively.
And revealed that was the prevalent pathogen , Staphylococcus aureus iso fated from uterine discharge .
Bacteria isolated from uterine discharge as mixed culture The results indicated that Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonase aeroginosa , Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherchia coli and Pseudomonase aeroginosa and Proteus mirabilis as a percentage of 6.6%, 3.3%, 3.3%, and 13.2% respectively
