Detoxification of some p sticides residues using some biological agents

Abstract

This study was conducted to select the plants that possess ability to degrade certain pesticideresidues in soil as well as toexplain their roles in remediating the soil from the tested pesticide residues. So, the pesticides residues in soil and plants as well as the quantification • and restriction of DNA of plants were determined. Moreover, soil microbial consortia present in the rhizosphere of the selected specific plants, which are involved in the metabolism of target pesticides were isolated and identified.
