Evaluation of work-related pulmonary disorders in railway workers

Abstract
Three hundred and eighty nine patients from total workers (3682) who were (2082 Road workers and 1600 Workshop workers) divided into:
Road workers (exposed to Air born dust and Diesel Exhaust) were consisted of: (28) Driver, (44) Ticket collector, (49) Facilities engineer and (52) Manual workers. Workshop Workers (exposed to Diesel Exhaust, heavy metal dust, wood dust, silica, chemical vapours, welding fumes..........ect) were consisted of: (30) Electrician, (43) Mechanic, (26) Painter, (32) Welder, (29) Carpenter, (19).
From 389 patient (103) smoker patients, (114) x-smoker and (172) non-smoker patients.
In patient with pulmonary disorders secondary
