Abstract
The main feature of today's competitive environment in business concerning people issues is to find a method of attracting, developing, retaining, and motivating competent people. Employing the appropriate people in the company and the team of candidates to select from must be up to specific criteria and standards. This implies that HR ought to source and search out such talented staff. Talent management seems to be the key theme driving strategic HRM throughout organizations that's why it has become essential for the survival of the firms that they become adaptive and responsive to change.
Organizations need to recognize the efforts that can be taken in order to instill employees’ commitment towards the organization, due to the large number of studies that have found relationships between organizational commitment, attitudes and behaviors in the workplace.
This study aims to examine the impact of Talent Management on the Organizational commitment and the withdrawal behaviors, in the petroleum sector companies in Egypt.

Adapting Talent management strategy is a key challenge to many organizations worldwide. Based on the observations and interviews that were held with HR specialists and managers in the petroleum companies used in this study, the research problem can be summarized in the following questions:
- How the Egyptian organizations perceive the Talent management?
- Do the talent management dimensions have an impact on the Affective Commitment?
- Do the talent management dimensions have an impact on the Continuance Commitment?
- Do the talent management dimensions have an impact on the Normative Commitment?
- Do the talent management dimensions have an impact on the withdrawal behaviors of the employees?
iii. Research Objectives:
- Examining the impact of talent management dimensions on the Affective Commitment.
- Examining the impact of talent management dimensions on the continuance Commitment.
- Examining the impact of talent management dimensions on the Normative Commitment.
- Examining the impact of talent management dimensions on the withdrawal behaviors.

1.1 Talent Management dimensions have a significant impact on the Affective Commitment.
