Bcl-2 IN BREAST CANCER PATIENTS

Abstract

The present work was done to study the cell lysate level ofbcl-2 protein in different stages of breast cancer and in benign breast mass patients. For this work 60 female subjects were studied and divided into the following groups: 10 as normal control group, 10 with benign breast mass, 10 with stage I breast cancer, 10 with stage II breast cancer, 10 with stage III breast cancer and I 0 with stage IV breast cancer.
