Fat1na Abdel-Azeent Youssef Sanad;

Abstract

The present work was suggested in order to study the hematological and biochemical adverse reactions which could be induced in association with the daily administration of the loop diuretic namely piretanide (Arelix®) (at two therapeutic dosage levels) for five weeks. In addition, the study of whether the adverse reactions are reversible or irreversible was taken into consideration by the study of physiological parameters
. throughout two weeks after stoppage of drug administration.
