all employees at work need to be aware with radiation hazards and proactive rather than reactive strategies as well as a requirement from hospital. There for unit need to develop their safety standers to provide guidelines for managing risks and radiation hazards, protect their staff and patient and organization assistance. It also improves cost effectiveness to provide a safe environment for all employees and reduce losses, enhance health care provider's satisfaction, consequently hospitals and health care providers face many challenges involves today's society demands. as well as the hospital by nature were risky environment as in radiation word is consider a source for danger to all workers and patients or anyone come to the unit so work with radiation is different than other improve the quality of their work and hospital service.
