Abstract


The liver is the most important organs involved in the metabolism and storage of nutrients. It also the largest solid organ in the body and normally weighs between 1.2 and 1.8kg. spices played an important role in shaping human histpry in ancient times, and were valued for many non food purposes, as ingredients of incense perfumes cosmetics preservatives an medicines . After the first cen ry A.D. Spices were increasingly , utilized to improve the bland qualities of many foods .

The present study was designated to clear out the effect of some spices " Black pepper, white pepper" on the healthy status of liver.
