The premenopausal cases aged 35 years were 18.3% of premenopausal breast cancer patients. The median age was 33 years and the mean age was 32+ 2.8 years. Twenty-four percent of patients in this study had positive family history and most of
them (66.1 %) presented with early stage I and II disease. About
• 23.5% of the patients in the present series had no history of lactation.

The majority of patients in this study presented with stage III disease (52.1%) while 102 patients (42.1%) had stage II disease and 14 patients (5.8%) had stage I disease. These results reflect the aggressive nature of the disease in young age ( 35 yrs)
