Abstract
Let s_n ,f_n be the number of series-parallel
partially ordered sets (poset.s) and N-free posets on n elements respectively. Mohring, (see[5], problem sessions pp. 522-591), asked about. the limiting• ratio of s_n to f_n.
In this paper the authors prove constructively that the ratio tends to infinity.
