Multidrug-resistant organisms as a cause of hospital-acquired infections represent
a major problem. Here, we report a case of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas
aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae infections in an ICU-admitted patient.
The treatment options for these pathogens are discussed.
