Abstract


Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrinopathy affecting 4-7 % of women of reproductive age. The most commonly used definition was proposed at 1990 National Institutes of health /National Institute of child Health and Development Consensus conference. To fit this definition, a patient must has ovulatory dysfunction as well as evidence of hyperandrogenism and or hyperandrogenemia in the absence of other causes ofhyperandrogenemia
