On the other hand, these wastes are really a natural resources for these countries,• and could be used ecor:Jmically for producing a good healthy food , rich in protein to face the pre::.!em of food shortage. Mushroom introduce a very good, non traditional sc!ve for both problems of wastes and food sh01tage in the developing counu•ies with low costs.
