Abstract


Ghrelin, the "hunger hormone", is a peptide produced by gherlin cells in the gastrointestinal tract which functions as a neuropeptide in the central nervous system. Beyond regulating hunger, gherlin also plays a significant role in regulating the distribution and rate of use of energy.
Many studies have been done broving that gherlinplays an important role in the pathology ofNAFLD
Our study included searching for the role of gherlin hormonewith NAFLD and it’s relation to severety of liver affection.
