Quality of Health Education Provided to Maternal Women in Primary Health Care Units

Abstract
Quality of health education in primary health care units can be defined to include characteristics such as efficiency, efficacy, effectiveness, equity, accessibility, comprehensiveness, acceptability, timeliness, appropriateness, continuity, privacy and confidentiality. Other attributes that have been used to describe quality of health education in primary health care units include provisions of education for the mother and family about pertinent health issues, inclusion of the mother and family in treatment planning, decision-making, and mother satisfaction (Hailu and Abajobir, 2015).
